Chilin is a founder and CEO of the Taiwan Green Building Council. He was born in China, grew up in Taiwan, and did his post-graduate work in the Netherlands and United States. He brings to Green Building development thirty years of a wide variety of experience that includes research, engineering, and teaching (chemistry, safety and environmental issues). Chilin enjoys his work, which includes research in sustainable community and a technology transfer business, and savors weekends with his traditional four-generation family.
