The World Green Building Council's annual Congress is the core gathering of the Green Building Council community. It's a time to celebrate and reflect, to learn and connect, to be refreshed and inspired.
This year, it is combined with Sweden Green Building Council's annual conference to be "Building Sustainability, with WorldGBC Congress Sweden", and is jointly organised by the City of Stockholm, Sweden Green Building Council and WorldGBC.
The event will see 1,000 key players from the global green building movement descend on Stockholm for a packed three-day agenda, which includes:
- WorldGBC Members' Day (17 October) - Your annual opportunity to connect face-to-face with colleagues from GBCs around the world, learn about their impact and achievements, as well as input into the future work of WorldGBC. See the final agenda for Members' Day.
- a two-day conference (18 and 19 October) on how the built environment can actively contribute to sustainable living and a more stable climate. It features a line-up of top international speakers and special sessions on a variety of topics (including certification, health, energy efficiency and smart cities) where the world can learn from Sweden’s success in sustainable building.
Register for a WorldGBC members package, which includes:
(Please note: the WorldGBC members package ticket is only available to staff and board members of WorldGBC's member Green Building Councils, not employees of GBCs' own members.)
