  • In a continent of rich abundance, are there local choices you can work with?  
  • How to create the local economy for sustainable and responsible materials

Session: Key Opportunities within African Real Estate: 80% of buildings that will exist in 2050 have yet to be built

  • What is the real future for efficient and sustainable investment and development?
  • Understanding the impact urbanisation and population growth will have on green development and investment and plans to address them
  • Will regulation or industry play a role towards the adoption of green buildings and how?
