New report from Resilient Cities conference

A new report from Local Governments for Sustainability (ICLEI) reviews the progress of cities in adapting to climate change.  Six key theme areas provide insight on assessing vulnerabilities, mobilizing investment, planning for smarter infrastructure and integrating horizontal and vertical governance structures, among other topics.  Four city case studies are included, as well as key lessons, and a summary of challenges moving forward.  The full report form the 2011 conference is available here; the 2012 conference will take place May 12 - 15 in Bonn, Germany.
