Introducing Mann Young, Asia Pacific Regional Network Manager

Mann Young of Lend Lease is now serving as Manager of the WorldGBC Asia Pacific Regional Network. Mann has over 19 years of property industry experience and has worked across the spectrum of the property sector, including on a number of high-profile strategic projects across Asia Pacific.
He has strong strategic and business delivery experience, incorporating a personal and professional holistic sustainability approach across all parts of the entire property value chain - from construction to property and asset management to real estate investments and fund strategies.
As Head of Sustainability for Lend Lease in Asia, Mann is responsible for driving Lend Lease’s sustainability philosophy of “Every Action Adds Up.” He embraces the challenge in optimizing multi-disciplinary project outcomes that are not only sustainable but also meet the required commercial and business aspirations of all key stakeholders.
Mann also serves as Chairperson of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) Sustainability Committee and is a committee member of United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative (UNEP-FI) Property Working Group.
