Sarah Millar advises WorldGBC on Partnerships and manages the relationships with global and regional partners including the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction, Partnerships for Growth (P4G), and the Building Efficiency Accelerator, amongst others.
Sarah studied at the University of Hull, Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg and CERIS in Brussels and has a background in UK, EU and international climate change policy and advocacy. Previously, Sarah worked for the UK civil service as head of stakeholder engagement at the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) culminating in being part of the Ministerial team at COP21, in Paris. Sarah is a Senior Associate at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and she previously worked for the Confederation of British Industry, the Mayor of London's office and the European Parliament focusing on EU environmental, energy and climate policies.
Sarah is based between Leamington Spa, UK and London, UK.
