Government Leadership Awards - Nominations Now Open!

Thursday 13th June 2013

Does your country have a city-level green building programme or policy that deserves global recognition?

The World Green Building Council, along with our partners ICLEI and UN-HABITAT, will host the second Government Leadership Awards as part of COP-19 in Warsaw, Poland this November.

The Government Leadership Awards is a biennial programme that rewards international best practice in green building initiatives and policies at the city level. The awards promote leadership and inspire governments to replicate best practices in green building policy.

This is your chance to strengthen relationships with government organisations and showcase the difference that smart green building policies can make.

We are calling for nominations for the awards and we encourage GBCs to submit entries on behalf of governments that are leading the charge for better, greener buildings.
