Commit
Commit to reduce (and compensate where necessary) all operational carbon emissions, maximising embodied carbon reductions for new developments and major renovations (compensating for any residual upfront embodied carbon), for all assets and developments under direct control by 2030.

Disclose
Measure and disclose portfolio energy consumption and carbon emissions, including whole life carbon emissions as appropriate, via annual Sustainability and Impact Report.

Act
Implement energy efficiency measures, electrification of equipment, fuel switching, and investment in on-site renewable energy and/or renewable energy procurement to decarbonise manufacturing plants. Target 100% renewable energy to power operations by 2025. Embed sustainability into NCM selection and standard plant design. Evaluate and continuously reduce the whole lifecycle carbon of Nexii buildings.

Verify energy consumption and carbon emission data via an independent third party.

Advocate
Demonstrate leadership through industry partnerships and collaboration. Develop high performance envelope products that significantly reduce end-to-end carbon emissions, with a target of 50% less embodied carbon. Work with integrated technology partners to deliver scalable net-zero carbon whole building solutions. Target net zero carbon across entire value chain by 2030, to be verified by SBTi.
