European cities commit to net zero buildings

Helsinki, Finland and Valladolid, Spain have signed WorldGBC's Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment, alongside property sector leaders BuroHappold, Carbon Credentials, Deerns, Grimshaw Architects, Grosvenor Group, Newsec Finland and Ylva.
